Il constitue la toute premi\u00e8re initiative visant \u00e0 fournir un survol de l\u2019\u00e9volution du syst\u00e8me de formation qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois depuis l\u2019implantation de cette loi fondamentale, il y a une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es.
