Quand on sait que 70% &agrave; 80% des apprentissages dans une organisation se font de mani&egrave;re informelle, c&#39;est donc la grande majorit&eacute; de l&#39;apprentissage qui &eacute;chappe au contr&ocirc;le des gestionnaires.<\/p>\n<p>De toute fa&ccedil;on, bien que ce soient les individus qui apprennent, en bout de ligne c&#39;est la connaissance de l&#39;organisation qui s&#39;accroit.
