De plus en plus d&#8217;entreprises mettent \u00e0 la disposition de leurs employ\u00e9s des outils de collaboration. On ne parle plus ici de pioniers, nous entrons dans la phase d&#8217;acceptation du concept d&#8217;entreprise 2.0. Bien que l&#8217;adoption ne se fase encore qu&#8217;\u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle, elle semble \u00eatre en pleine croissance. Les analystes estiment m\u00eame que le march\u00e9 des logiciels sociaux destin\u00e9s aux entreprises devrait tripler au cours des quatre prochaines ann\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n<p>Un point important soulev\u00e9 dans cet article est que l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;outils de collaboration sociale va se produire que l&#8217;entreprise le veuille ou non.
